Start from SCRATCH, learn,
master and conquer the art of becoming a DJ.
Unlike many other “academes”, our course begins
from the very beginning with mastering the art of the Vinyl
turntable, progressing with CDJs and finishing with the latest
in computer DJ technology. By the end of your course you will
have understanding and developed skills within all 3 of the
main DJing platforms.
The course is designed at
the absolute beginner, however if you have some experience
this is welcomed as well.
Learn to DJ courses run
for 4 weeks (2 hours per session with practice time option)
with a mark of certification and your first full “Live
Set” at the end of the course.
Crash courses are available
over 1 week (x4, 2 hour sessions).
Musically, you can choose
your preferred style and as you progress, we will implement
this into the genres of music used.
Courses are available as
“Group” or “Individual (no more than 4 students
at any one time)” sessions.

*The History of the DJ
*How to set up a DJ workstation
*The art of using a Mixer,
Headphones and Monitors
*How to mix using pitch control, beat matching and a focus
on BPM (Beats per Minute)
*The art of “Scratching”
*EQ Tricks
*Hands on experiences of
using – Technics SL1200 (Vinyl DJ)
-Native Instruments S4 with
Apple Mac (Computer DJing)
By the end of the course
you will have gained enough firsthand experience to begin
your path to becoming a highly respected DJ.

One to One Individual sessions;

Extra practice time (extended
time of 30mins per session allowing for your own practice
time) = £350
Group sessions £200 or £250* (extended session)
One to one sessions are
based at our head office – Raynes Park, London (only

Group sessions are held
at the studio – Morden, Surrey (2 mins from Br Station)
